Exporting Contents to Simsol

Before exporting the spreadsheet may I hold back a room or two and export them later into the contents estimate. I am waiting for information from NI and the claim is very large. Need to get as much accomplished as possible by starting the photo process. Any suggestions?

When importing an Excel Spreadsheet there is no way to exclude certain information from being imported if it's entered in the Spreadsheet.

There are three things you can do to get around this:

A. Copy the information from the Spreadsheet that you don't want to enter the first import and paste them into a new Spreadsheet. (keep in mind the proper format/removing any extra spaces in the excel doc).

B. Importing in the full Spreadsheet and simply deleting the Areas you do not want to enter at this time - if you choose this method you'll want to delete any previously entered areas/line items prior to bringing it back in the doc.

C. Wait until the full Spreadsheet is complete prior to importing - Use the spreadsheet for reference to enter the photos.
