I'm trying to work a claim and my Simsol is now showing "No databases."
Thank you for contacting Simsol Support. It is not common for databases to simply disappear from the Simsol program. I'd like you to view the databases and Global Pricing Tables installed on a system by navigating to Manage>View All Databases. Once this library loads verify if any databases and pricing tables are available for use.
If the library referenced above contains databases/tables, could you possibly provide a screenshot of where you're running into issues locating a database in the software?
However, if no databases or tables are listed we may need to setup a support call tomorrow during normal business hours as this would be out of the scope of normalcy.
