Setting Items as Recoverable or Nonrecoverable

Is there a way to set recoverable versus nonrecoverable depreciation on all items at once? I'm working a large flood GP loss and can't go into each item.

Hello,

Yes, there is a way to set non-recoverable depreciation by line item. First, insure 'Force Qualify RCC' and 'This Policy Contains RC Clause' are checked on the Estimate page with the golden padlock.

Next, go to the 'Scope of Damage' of the estimate in question. Double-click on the area that has the line items you want to set to non-recoverable. From here, select the 'List' button at the top of the virtual scope sheet. Then, highlight the line item(s) you want to change. To select multiple items, you may hold the Ctrl key and select them individually. To select all the items, hold the Shift key and select the first and then the last line item. This will highlight all of them.

From here, right click on one of the highlighted line items. Click 'Depreciation Non-Recoverable' from the menu. Now these items are set to Non-Recoverable. Repeat this for each area.
