Warehouse is a Claim Back Up Utility used to send your claims to the Simsol Cloud where it can then be processed by your company. If your company has given you access to Warehouse, you'll want to follow the steps below to get this utility up and running.
Before beginning, you'll want to have a username and password already created and given to you by your company. If you do not have this, please contact your manager to get these credentials.
To start, go to your Claims Grid and navigate to the Maintain Tab. In the Maintain Tab, you'll find a Preferences button
In the preferences window that appears, locate the 'Warehouse' option to the left. If you do not see this option in this list, please make sure you call our registration department at 1 (800) 447-4676 to turn on Warehouse.
To the right, you'll find the Simsol Data Warehouse Information Entry Boxes. Enter the following:

|Username:||Enter Your Provided Username|
|Password:||Enter Your Provided Password|
|Company Name:||Enter Your Provided Company Name (note that this may differ than proper company name)|
(Remember to speak with your manager if you do not know this information)
Once fully entered, select the 'Done' option in the upper right-hand corner to save.
Restart Simsol to launch Warehouse. To verify it's up and running, check the bottom right-hand corner of your computer screen (near the date and time). If you see an icon that looks like a house with a red roof, you're all set and your claims will begin uploading according to your company's protocol.
