If your Fee Schedule is showing by 'fee' rather than by 'percent', or if it just doesn't seem to be calculating the highest amount that you are able to be paid, you may be one of the few that were affected by a update in late 2017. 

The remedy is very quick and will only take a few moments of your time to correct, and an update has since been released that will correct any issues you're facing. This update features a new Fee Schedule labeled 'N.F.I.P. Fee Sched. (08/24/17)', so be sure to utilize this new table.

To fix this issue, head to your Maintain Tab and select the 'Fee Schedules' button. 

From here you can select the 'N.F.I.P. Fee Schedule (08/24/2017)'.

(Please note, if you see the NFIP Fee Sched. (08/24/17) in this list, you do not have to worry about this issue)

Find the range '$50,000.01 to $125,000.00' and double-click to open the settings for this range.

Select 'Fee or Percent' to ensure you're always being paid out the most you can be paid.

Repeat this process for the following ranges:

$125,000.01 to $300,000.00

$300,000.01 to $1,000,000.00

$1,000,000.01 and up
