Changing an NFIP Fee Schedule


To change an NFIP Fee Schedule in an invoice, first you will navigate and highlight the claim you want to change the fee schedule for. Then, click the Show Highlighted Claim File button. 



Next, navigate to the 'Invoice/Billing' section of the Claim Enclosures Tree.



For the Invoice Basis, ensure 'Fee Schedule' is selected. Then, click on 'Pick a Fee Schedule from List'. The Stored Fee Schedules window will open.



Under the 'Stored Fee Schedule Templates', select the Fee Schedule you want to apply/change to. 



Then, hit the 'Done' button. 



You have now applied the selected fee schedule to your invoice, the invoice will recalculate based on the new figures.
