Once you have Simsol reinstalled on your computer, your next step might be to restore any claims that you backed up using Simdrive. You first step will be to download and activate Simdrive using the steps found in the following article: [Insert Simdrive Install article here]. Once Simdrive is activated, you may notice that you do not see your claims when you open the tool. No need to panic, your claims are still safely backed up in the cloud but we will need to run through a few extra steps before they are visible and able to be downloaded. In order to get them restored to the new machine, you'll need to contact our technical support department at 1-800-447-4676, ext 500, and they will be able to assist you in the recovery of your information.
If you want to verify that all of the claims are still present on your drive account you can do so, however do not tamper with or alter the Simdrive folder within your drive account. The folder can be viewed by logging into you google drive account at https://drive.google.com/drive/my-drive. Once you are logged in, you will see the Simdrive folder in the list. Double click on the Simdrive folder and you will be taken to a list of backed up claims. This can be used to verify what claims you see currently backed up to the cloud, but I will stress again that the files you see in this list should not be edited in any way. Doing so could damage your claim back up information.
